Engineer, designer, and builder behind Frazer Design Co.
I'm a husband, dad, and biomechanical engineer, which means I've spent a good chunk of my life thinking about how things work, break, and (ideally) don't. I apply that same mindset to the digital world.
Through Frazer Design Co., I design and build full-stack web platforms and native mobile apps for people who care about their work. Booking systems, health tech dashboards, iOS apps, biotech e-commerce. If it needs to be fast, reliable, and thoughtfully built, I'm in. When it needs to be custom, and it needs to be you, I get it.
I like clean systems, intuitive interfaces, and the Boston Bruins (if I'm listing things I like). Engineering taught me how to build things that work. Design taught me how to give it the right feel.
Somewhere between precision and creativity is where I do my best work.
Scale doesn't change the process
I've led $10K builds and multi-million dollar programs at Southwest Research Institute. A five-figure project gets the same milestone structure, the same weekly cadence, and the same accountability as a seven-figure one.
PrincipleWants vs. needs
Everyone has a vision. My job is to separate what you want from what you need, then deliver both, in the right order, and on budget.
ApproachMilestones ship software
Slide deck if you want it. Status emails, too. But I will always commit to working software at every checkpoint. That's how we stay honest about progress and give everyone regular opportunity for feedback and iteration.
DeliveryEfficiency ≠ cutting corners
An efficient project is the one where every dollar moved the product forward.
PhilosophyFull-stack booking platform and native iOS app for a luxury spray tan studio.

iOS app that generates AI-powered custom coloring pages.
