Word Puddle was made by a dad for his own kids: drag across the letter puddle to spell words, fill the crossword, and watch ponds, creeks, and marshes bloom to life as you play. It collects no data, shows no ads, and everything can be earned by playing.

Quick answers to common questions about Word Puddle.
Yes. Every level, world, hint, and sticker can be earned just by playing. The optional purchases (a cosmetic pack and coin packs) exist to support development and are never required to play or win.
Each level starts with a fresh set of free hints, and a hint reveals one letter. Hints refill automatically at the start of every level, so there is no way to run out for good.
Coins are earned by finishing levels and spelling bonus words. They can be spent on puddle styles, trace effects, tile colors, celebrations, and hint refills. Coins never gate gameplay.
Anything involving real money or a link out of the app sits behind a grown-ups gate: a multiplication question that changes each time. Kids can play the entire game without ever encountering a purchase screen.
Open the Store, tap For Grown-Ups, pass the parental gate, and tap Restore Purchases. The Aurora Pack supports Family Sharing, so it also unlocks for family members automatically.
Completely. Puzzles, the dictionary, and word pronunciation all run on the device. The app only reaches the internet when a grown-up chooses to make or restore a purchase.
Word Puddle checks words against a large curated dictionary. Crossword answers come from kid-friendly word lists, and most other real words still count as bonus words. If a common word seems missing, email us and we will look into it.
Open Settings inside the game and choose Reset Progress. This clears level progress but keeps earned coins, stickers, and unlocked styles. Deleting the app removes everything.
